The best way to get fast and individual support is to join the eLAIX Premium-Zone.

As a premium member you currently have access to the so called "eLAIX Helpdesk" that allows you to ask questions and to send me a document that can not be transferred to ILIAS due to an export problem. For the near future I'm planning to provide a comprehensive FAQ as well as a set of screencasts showing and explaining special tasks that help eLAIX users to generate well formed documents.
